Respected Team,
I have ordered Noise Flair neackband from Amazon but the touch was not working. Hence, I called to customer service and they told me to return the product as replacement is not possible. So I returned the product to Amazon’s courier guy. But now Amazon is saying that I have not returned the original product and they are not refunding my hard earn cash. I told them that I returned bcoz you do not have replacement policy. And I have returned the right product as their courier guy checked the product while receiving return. Now they are blaming me for this mess done by Amazon. And mentally harassing me by not refunding my money in this crisis.
Please request you to take this as a high priority and punish them for this fraudulent with me.
