This is regarding Flipkart return rejection issue.
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the return process for my recent order # OD428643462570833100 ( Deck up Noordin 2 Door walnut Engineered wood shoe rack). I have been attempting to return the item in accordance with your return policy, but I am facing repeated rejections from your team.
I would like to highlight that I am well-aware of Flipkart’s return policy and its guidelines. My return request falls well within the specified time frame and adheres to the conditions outlined in your policy. However, I have encountered significant difficulties in getting my return approved. Though I have requested my return on 25th Jul 23 only ( the day when item was delivered), Inspect of that now I am getting feedback that the return policy expired.
I have diligently followed all the necessary steps to initiate the return, including providing accurate details about the item’s condition, packaging, and reasons for the return. Despite my best efforts, I have received multiple rejections without a clear explanation for the decisions.
What concerns me even more is the response I have been receiving from your customer care representatives. Every time I call for assistance, I am told that there is no solution available for my issue. This lack of support is deeply disappointing and leaves me feeling helpless as a loyal Flipkart customer.
As a customer, I believe in the importance of a balanced approach that takes both seller and customer feedback into consideration. Ignoring valid customer feedback leads to dissatisfaction and erodes the trust that customers place in your platform.
