I had ordered a product related to the order id mention in subject and once the product was delivered, i placed a return request as the fit was not proper to me.
After 2days delivery Executive came to pickup the product and rejected the pickup stating that there is no TataCliq seal on the product. I informed him that i had received the product as it is and there was no special seal on it when i opened the box. Still he refused to pick up the product and asked me to contact customer care for placing a new return request.
I contacted the customer care the following day and was asked to share the pictures of the product along with the invoice, receipt and packaging. I shared those details as well, but received no resolution.
Today when i call the customer care again they are stating that because of no tata cliq seal the request is rejected and they can’t do anything for it. How can i put a tatacliq seal if i didn’t receive it at the first instance.
