This is regarding order no. OD119875460466136000

I have ordered Raymond Regular Fit Men Beige Trousers, Size 36. However I received larger size. So, I requested for return for three times and all the time they rejected it. Following are the IDs:

Reason for rejection as per their letter is that I had not provided my Aadhar or PAN card photocopies.

Why should I submit my Aadhar or PAN Card with Flipkart,  although I have provided my Voter Id and my Employment ID.

I have communicated with customer care several times through telephone and chatting regarding the matter. Although they promised many times to solve the issue, yet nothing happened.

Please look onto the matter.
