I have ordered an ‘men classic hiker ikat unisex clogs brown clogs sandal’ which was delivered on April 7th and I paid INR 3177. I have ordered it with UPI gpay transaction. When I opened it I got totally a different product. So I requested for refund because of this bad experience. I have attached proper images and Information regarding it and Informed to the support team about this issue. But escalation team rejected my request about couple of times. Here below I attached the product photos which I have received.
