Dear Team,
I had purchased a Tan Leather wallet from Paytm Mall on 25th Feb which was was delivered on 2nd Mar, however on the receipt of the product I found it to be made of a different material and not leather. I raised a return request stating its a poor quality product and different from what I had ordered for, but Paytm mall didnt accept my request and rejected it, I feel I am cheated by Paytm Mall, despite multiple communications, I have not received any refund, neither my wallet has been picked up or replaced
