I have Purchased an AC from flipkart and with in 2-3 days from installation, i have raised a request for return because of No cooling,, remote is not working, too much noise. Tech visit was schedule on 07-April but after sending lots of reminder on email as well as on social media flipkart team is not doing anything. many times called on customer care but on daily basis they are resceduling the visit without any information and no one visit yet, i have spent huge money from my saving and no one is taking this serious.
i want to file a complaint against them for harasament.
