Text of Complaint by Ayushi Jain:

I had placed an order for Levis Jeans (Men blue slim fit Slash Knee Heavy Fade stretchable). I had received the product without tag and when i returned the product it is kept on hold stating quality issues.

Why do you deliver such product at first place without tags.

I have been calling Myntra helpline number from past 5 days and they have always been cutting my phone in mid of the conversation. Today morning again, i spoke to sales guy (Vibhor) and Mr. Ajay from escalation team, they are insisting me to accept the product again since it is already shipped and raise a query after i receive the product again.

My limited request is since I dont want the product anymore, i will not accept that product and i want my money to be credited back in my original account.

Despite several requests through phone, emails, messages, none of the queries are been addressed.
