Regarding Order no 6220444686 : American Tourister Soft Luggage- Blue.
I purchased a product from Paytm Mall. It was defective, its lock was defective. I filed a return for the product but the seller cancelled the return stating that the request was not under thier policy. My only fault was that i filed it as Not satisfied with product in place of Defective product. It happened as i was in a hurry while doing so.
Now the defective product is not being returned and my Rs.3600 (approx.) is stuck.
I tried to contact their customer care. I was put on hold for 90 minutes and other short duration (73, 33, 54, 20 minutes resp.) in the last 3 days and believe me no one ever turned up on the call..
Please help.
