I have placed a order using mesho app where the order amount was amounting to Rs 467 and I have paid extra amount for easy returns and exchanges , however now I’m trying to return the item, the address is being unserviceable all of a sudden . Tried speak to mesho call centre , neither the executives are equipped with knowledge and haid to executives kept changes in thrice in less than 1 minute call. They are asking me to do self courier if I want return , unable to understand why this wasn’t communicated before placing the order and why the need of extra charge for easy returns. The product was horrible when checked with Flipkart and Amazon for the same product
