Dear sir or mam I didn’t know this service is really with around us so many times suddenly I know that in a youtube video so I am writing you my query. Actually I ordered a product a shoe which was delivered 20 sep 2021 and they give me a wrong shoe just a normal shoe that day I talked to them and he said to me I raised a investigation to solve this wait for 3 days. After days I again contacted them he just cancelled my return and told me we had sent you a right product and then sir I mailed , contacted, reply,write to us , with images them so many times tried to till now but again again again they just deny my issue and sent a same reply hundred times. So now I am too tired to do this more and more almost 1 month I have been struggling this and take request but no any positive result. I checked up in the Google found a resolver site like this site and raised a complaint against Myntra but resolver can’t get me out of this.
