Hi Team
This mail is in regards to the above subject line where my return request has been cancelled multiple times.
I called your customer care multiple times from yesterday and when i demand for high level escalation,the call drop and no one bother to call me back.
The service I have experienced from your customer care is pathetic and I want a strict action for every executive for mishandling the customer service
Also I want my return pick up to be done on priority basis.
