I have purchased the product worth 1750/- on 2nd March and received the product on 6th march. As we did not like the material we requested the return on the same day(6th itself).The very next day 7th march a call from blue dart guy comes and says he will take the parcel and never comes.After two days on 9th march I received message saying that return request is cancelled as per my request, which i have not done.Since then I am trying to reach the customer care, but all my efforts are in vain.
Now they say return request time closed.
I would like to know how snapdeal is cancelling the return request on their own when no such request has been sent.
Also I want my product to be returned and refunded
