Text of Complaint by Mamata Myaka:

I had raised a return request for 3 dresses purchased from Meesho. One the request was auto cancelled by them and two were showing return initiated. I had raised a return request for all three products on 21st Feb 2023 and waited till 28th Feb 2023 for pick up to happen. It did not happen so I called customer support on 1st March and was told all three dresses will be picked up. However only one was picked. One is still showing return initiated and one shows cancelled. However, they say my return request is way beyond my timeline and hence they cannot do anything about it. When I told them that I called them on 1st March and raised a complaint they refuse saying there is no record, whereas I have the call records. They are even denying return for the other dress which is still showing return initiated. I called the customer support today, 9th March 2023 around 5 times and they kept me on hold and then disconnected my calls without any resolution. I am attaching all the records for ready reference.
