Return/Replacement are rejected and now harassed by Seller

Text of Complaint by Baisakhi Hazari:

Ref: Order ID OD429216480153961100, Dated 21/09/2023

This order has the wrong model of the same brand delivered by the delivery boy on 23/09/2023. I have ordered “Prestige Atlas Plus High Effient Brass burner & Toughened Glass Automatic Gas Stove 3 burner(Auto Ignition)” instead I received “Prestige Atlas Plus Toughened Glass Top with lighter, knife and Hose pipe manual Gas Stove 3 burner”. At the time of delivery I refused to receive the product(before opening the box) but the delivery boy didn’t pay attention to my word and told me to return the product after delivery. Then I contacted the Flipkart Executive but they also told me to return the product after delivery. Now they are refusing to return/replace the product.

I have many time contacted to the executive but they are telling that “We’d like to let you know that your return request could not be fulfilled by the seller as their courier partner has confirmed delivery of the item in your order with order id OD429216480153961100 with the product being intact.” But I have complained to the executive on or after 23/09/2023 continuously till date. They told me that they will resolve the problem within a few days but till now they can’t resolve my problem. But I have already paid through the EMI option.

Therefore I request you to kindly resolve the matter as early as possible.
