I had ordered 3 medium-sized masks of Dettol but I got two of them small-sized(child) masks. I have escalated this issue thrice before but every time my issue/request has been cancelled by the seller. I just want a return/replacement of these small-sized masks. I am now exhausted creating requests for replacement and refund of the product for the last 24 days. Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible.
