Text of Complaint by Vidhi Jain:

This is to bring to your attention that after several return request and continuous touch with the Flipkart customer care team , there is no resolution received from your end only a consolation is given and absolutely nothing else.
The logistics partner is calling late night to a female customer even after raising complaints and team could not help in it.
I have even spoken to the senior executive but all they asked to wait every time and same issue exits.
This is the worst experience as a customer to just keep on requesting and calling customer care for help not just for the product but also the illegitimate calls received by your logistics partner

The question here is if such a big brand could not take any action for resolving the problem of customer satisfaction then where does the policies are heading towards,does only the logistics are important for the brand and no value of customer.

After around 5 return request and waiting for around 15 days for simple problem an unsatisfied and hopeless customer is expecting some action if there is even a little value of customer to Flipkart.

And requesting to initiate return for the order I’d mentioned below.

Expecting not just a call from back end team for consolidation and a sorry which means nothing after this irresponsible behaviour from such a big brand, but return of money along with addition which I faced due to your unproductive team actions.
