15.02.22: Ordered Prestige Omega Select Plus Paniarakkal with Lid 1.5 l

18.2.22: Received wrong Product of the same company Kadai 240. Raised a return request and rejected 2 times by the pick up person. Called customer support and customer support team raised return request and even that return request was also rejected even with out coming for pick up. Later called customer care multiple times and faced the same issue of pick up cancelled. Called nearly 12 times and faced the same issue every time. If ask for escalation they forward the call and it’s get disconnected and and they are not bothered to call again.
