I have ordered 18 items on 4th July 2023 having order ID Order ID # 1240376 23690698916401 out of which one item delivered on 5th July, I had a size issue & fabric quality was also bad so I placed the return request on same day.
On 6th July the person came to pick up the item checked the tags & I got the msg picked up successfully at 4:33 PM
At around 7 PM that person called me & told me that he has forgotten the package at bench near security office so I checked & confirmed him that it’s there without any cover. I kept it back in cover & he said he will send someone to collect it. Again he collected it & after sometime I got a message that item has been hold due to quality issues.
On next day they rejected the return request & when I called the customer care to check for specific reason they didn’t had any reason.
And they asked me to wait till I get the material back & then to call them again for return & refund.
It’s pathetic how am I supposed to know what has happened & it could have been damaged during the transit after pick up but no response.
Please help to get my refund. I am thinking of cancelling all other items as I can’t trust them.
I am a regular customer of Myntra but after this I have lost faith. Please help
