Hello sir I’ve I ordered Samsung galaxy s21 Fe 5g on BBD from your Flipkart app which delivered me on 26 sep, after 1.5 days of usage I am facing screen quality issues the boot screen is stuck on Samsung logo with green background and can’t proceed any further. It’s really inconvenience how can a new device do this this is sure that I’ve received a faulty product so I raised a return request but still it’s not taken any action by flipkart. No technical person is visiting since 10+ days. The technical visit is always cancelled by the technical team This is totally unacceptable from Flipkart’s end. First time I bought so expensive phone and I am getting this kind of treatment from you. I am not a rich guy my salary is 6000rs only I’ve purchased the device via loan this is no joke and flipkart is not doing thier work properly. I request you to solve my concern as soon as possible I’ve attached the pics and videos of the faulty device .
