Dear Amazon Team,
I want to inform you that my name is Irfan and my registered mobile no is 6395430633.
I had buy a product Amazon fire stick 4k max date in 28 July 2020, and it is order no is 402-4590836-6883509.and product amount is rupees 6499. But I had got Damage packaging and defective or different products. Because product not working properly. So After then I call Amazon customer care and request to return the product but not proper response by your side and your customer care executive. And not create my return request by Amazon side. So I gave returned request by my self. But my return request cancel by your side for resion verification failed. But I informed you nobody contect me and no contact by your delivery agent. After then I will call of customer care and create a return request by customer executive and pickup date 3 August 2022 . Again nobody contact me and cancel my order return request resion by verification failed.
I am facing return problem again and again. It is very samfull and I am very disappointed for this service. And it is very disgusting.
So i requested you please resolve my problem and return my product as soon as possible. I request you please arrange my pickup as soon as possible. Please create my complaint high priority.
