Hi Team,
Pls help in getting my money back and return of the handset back to samsung, they have no grievance email id , apart from support email id , they direct to some ceo mail box , which again is useless like the support email id – despite raising multiple mails & calls to their support Centre, i ve got not any resolution my money is stuck with them and they are not taking back the defective device . Pls help , kits almost 1month my hard earned money is stuck with such a branch its very unfortunate and harrowing experience .
