i was purchased fire tv stick from Amazon June 2021 fire tv stick remote not working condition in warranty period and i had go return to replace Amazon on 23 March 2022 and return refund issued me 24th March but payment not received me and many times I call the agents told to me payment will credit in week but payment not received.
