Hi,
This is regarding order number 403-4822235-1809148 I made from Amazon. The product delivered was incorrect and I initiated a return pickup from their application. The pick-up was done on 22nd June and Amazon didn’t initiate the refund. When I called them they denied my refund stating that the wrong product was received at their end in spite they delivering the wrong product. I am asking them for details and proofs and they are not sharing with me. I have also asked them if the product was wrong why did they pick it up? And why don’t they return that product back to me. They are not listening to anything and not helping to do the refund at all. This is Rs. 1,999 product. Need urgent help please.
