An order for a pair of shoes was Delivered from the Flipkart App on the 21st of March 2020
A return request was created on the 22nd of March 2020 for the same order.
Due to the covid -19 guidelines provided by the government Flipkart was not able to pick up the Product, hence did not initiate a refund.
Today (July 30th 2020) when Flipkarts services have now resumed, they are claiming that the 30 days return timelines has passed hence no return/refund it possible.
Me being the customer has done my part by following the guidelines provided by Flipkart and it’s sellers, unfortunately Flipkart was not able to pick up the item to meet the deadlines of the policy of the seller .
2 solutions prevail,
One, Flipkart should have revised their policy for such situations before running their operations
Two, Flipkart should personally take up the same with the seller and resolve their part with the end consumer.
