I purchased a realmetechlife washing machine from Flipkart on 16th Jan 2023 with amount of 11500 through cardless Emi order ID : OD427079628922337100 ,I received the damaged,used and scratched product from seller on 24 Jan ,then i rasied for replacement 5 time for each replacement request technical visit are held and return request used to cancalled then on 6th time they uninstalled the product without technical visit approval and procesed a new replacement on Feb 20 2023 then i received replacement product that is also damaged then delivery boy taken the new replacement product.then when i asking for refund they are raise tickets and return request but jeevas technical visit person are very time and flipkart is not refund i am suffering from already product uninstalled on 6th with jeevas cas id :FLAR-26FZ37-14DV1Y-DM5R0K-CKVW8A8 but when asking for refund they everything return request then technical visit boy will come and cancell,it is happen for 9 th.flipkart is not taking any and jeevas and flipkart customer are very rude.I NEED MY MONEY BACK taken action on Flipkart.
