Hi,

Please check with my concern against Amazon…

On May 14 2022 I ordered Renewed Lenovo Laptop from Amazon and it was delivered on 21st May.. I received a defected(hardware issue) Laptop..once I came to know I requested for refund by picking the item which they delivered. Now the issue starts here..

From Last month I keep on creating Return Requests and they are failing to pickup product every time.
One day Executive named Akhila from Amazon Support committed through mail stating if product is not picked by 2nd June will pay Advance Refund by 4th June which was paid by me. When I tried to ask for status and refund they created Tickets without my permission and asking for few more days to pick as this story is continuing from past 15 days..

Named Brand as “Amazon” MNC world wide does not seems to be reliable and keeps on giving false statements and commitments though their executives..

I want to punish these people for wasting customers time, work and also for false statements.

I am attaching mail received by AMAZON SUPPORT.

Please take proper action against this firm.
