I ordered a non electrical 10 lts kent optima water purifier from flipkarf on 4th september and i received it but i didn’t like the product and water quality was also not right so i applied return and refund process on flipkart but They are not accepting, they are saying that this product is not refundable, only replacement option and when you want refund, talk to kent service center, please tell me the solution, how will my refund come. Either you can from flipkart Talk to me I want a solution to this problem
