I Have purchased a bata slipper and it was delivered on the 9th of August and i jave initiated the return for the same on the same day. The return has not been picked up yet. My money has been not credited yet. They have been updating in the return request that, customer has cancelled the return order but none of them have even tried to pick up the return. My money has been with them for more than 15 days.
