One Product for return on ajio was picked by delivery executive but the status not updated by AJIO and refund not issued. The delivery executive has updated the status on tracking link saying that products are received yet AJIO is not updating status on their app and not issuing the refund.
According to return policy after the product pickup refund should be initiated, but here they haven’t even upadted pickup. I have contacted customer care, they raised a complaint but not taken any action.
Please take necessary action and help me get my refund
