Hello ..I had purchased a Giordano sunglasses from Myntra.com . They did not fit me so opted to return the product . The return pick up was scheduled twice with EKART but no person has ever come to pickup the product and the delivery person has wrongly rejected my order saying the product does not match the description.Please see in the attached image . I have attached the product image on the website as well as the actual product image with me . I have kept the product unused with all tags and warranty card . EKART delivery partner of Myntra have not send anyone for pickup and sending false sms that the product does not match the description. Please take the right action against EKART and also Myntra .
