Let me use the platform to call out the reprehensible and abysmal service I have been rewarded by Amazon India, despite being a customer for over 5 years. I had purchased a Kenneth Cole reaction bag and as I didn’t like the texture so placed a return on 3rd Feb. Also there were 2 more products scheduled for return on 2nd Feb. The pick up agent took all the product together and told me that all the products will be returned and I will get the refund and asked me not to worry as all three will be sent by him. Now, 25 days after my return, on 2nd Feb am still waiting for the refund and they say they have lost the bag which is worth 6000/- rs.This was a usual drill thus far for me having no inkling of the coming wrangle of my life with godawful service from Amazon India. When questioned, the pick up agent said he will pick all of it despite given a heads up by us that there are 2 different dates allotted for different pickups. As mentioned, this being a regular drill for me without any hitch in past, as far Amazon is concerned, nothing had transpired being dubious about the whole idea of the Amazon agent of picking all of it (3 items) same day. As I settled down happy thinking this has all been taken care off like always, saving one day, I received the message from Amazon stating that they have successfully picked 2 of my items with no reference of the 3 item which was a bag of 6000/-. I have called the pickup agent right away to confirm the same and to which he said he has all 3 items and have already submitted them. When questioned repeatedly as to why I only have received a message on 2 items and not on the 3rd one i.e. the bag, he said I will receive it in a bit or so. That was 2nd Feb 2019 and today is Feb 27, in between, I have had several rounds conversations and complaints with assurance and reassurance from several different Amazon representatives stating this may have sent to Hyderabad erroneously and it will be tracked soon however still sitting at square one without any trace of the bag leading to no refund. Lastly, on 26th Feb 2019, after numerous escalations, I happened to speak with a lead/manager (he would rather fit best as a disgraceful damager for Amazon’s reputation that’s already at stake) by the name Saurav with crummy and woeful customer service to a customer like me who neither have the product (since returned to Amazon) nor have the money refunded by Amazon and awaiting Amazon to help resolve the wrangle, with no twist to the tale, I was told by the so called damager that he/they can’t do anything as far the refund is concerned if the product is not found and they wouldn’t know where the product is nor it’s their responsibility to find that out, indirectly placing a blame on me even the products have been picked up by Amazon’s agent and they can and should track him down. So now, with all these I would probably have to knock your door. My questions to Amazon is
