Hi,

I ordered a trolley bag of American Tourister in Flipkart on 26th feb and it got delivered on 2nd march. I was not happier with the quality of the product I received and requested for return so at first return was accepted and last date for pickup up was 6th March by some reason product didn’t pickup, So I raised a request again last date for 2nd time requested was 11th march this time also the product didn’t got picked up. I contacted customer care this time they are asking to wait till 15th March .
Latest they have cancelled my request and saying that return period completed.

Please look into this issue.
