Text of Complaint by Shoeb Manik:

I had ordered a formal pant from Meesho, but I received it in a different colour. I raised a return request, and the product was picked up by the Meesho delivery partner. In the delivery app, the status is showing as “Picked Up,” and the AWB number is also available.

However, when I contacted Meesho customer care regarding the refund, they informed me that, according to their system, the product has not been picked up. Therefore, they are refusing to help or process the refund.
