Maine kuch din pehle Date 08/02/2020 ko paytm mall se 57,999 Rs. Ka ek product buy kiya tha IPHONE XS MAX 64GB GOLD [REFURBUISED-LIKE NEW].

Muje product 12/02/2020 ko Deliver hua maine is product ka payment By credit card kiya hua tha pura 57,999 Rs jo ki product ki paytm mall ki amount thi.

Jaise hi product deliver hua maine product open karne se pehle us product ke Saller [BLYNK MARKETING PVT.LTD] ko call kiya Us product ki warrenty comfirm karne ke liye to Waha muje ye pata chala ki Saller muje sirf or sirf 6 MONTH ki warrenty de raha hai jab ki mene product buy kiya to 57999 koi choti Amount nahi hai is liye payment karne se pehle maine sabhi Detail and Descriptions ke Screenshoot liye aur verify kiya tha sabhi policies, detail, Description, warranty, features, offers, specifications, includings everyting or sabhi ke as a proof screenshot bhi liye the ordar karne se pehle hi to is ke mutabit product describtion ke hisab se mene jab buy kiya to muje puri 12MONTH puri 1 year ki saller warrnty bataya gaya tha paytm mall ki or se unki hi app par unhone discribtion mein ye maintion kiya tha “THE PRODUCT HAS A SALLER BACKED 12 MONTH WARRENTY” Jo product discribtion main Wrriten main maintion kiya tha or product image main last image products Detail blog ka ek image tha Usme bhi pura maintion kiya hai grade Like new condition ka phone agar purchese karte hai to 12 month ki saller warrnty Milegi jab ki muje 1st day product hath main aya usi din saller ne mana kar diya ki hum sirf 6 month warrnty dete hai matlab ki paytm ne hume galat chiz dikhai khilvat kiya consumers ke sath uske bad maine Instantly inform kiya paytm ko is bare main unhone complain raise ki lekin 2nd day muje wo product gift krni thi jaise gift di open kiya to
1) phone like new condition main nahi tha

Maine tab hi product ko jaisa tha waisa pack karkr rakh diya aur paytm main complain de di Jaise ki paytm 7 days replacement and return policy deta hai maine within 2 days paytm ko bata di complain ek geniune reason bhi de diya 57999 Rs invest karke main koi chiz le raha hu aur main pehle hi din se Unsecure hu muje product sahi nahi mil rahi to itna sara paisa de ke main aisi chiz kaise lu jis par muje trust hi nahi aa raha ho ya pasand hi nahi aayi or bigdi hui hai Aisa geniuen reason dekar mainne Bata diya tha ki muje product ki return hi karna hai aur meri amount jitni maine pay ki hai wo wapas chahiye paytm ke executives har bar ye bolte hai humne appki complain raise ki hai 24 hr main humari higer authority appse contact kregi lekin unko ek bhi call nahi aata tha. Aise hi time le le ke unhone hi meri 7 days ki policies ka time period pura paytm ne hi khud kar diya main roj call karta tha aur batata tha ki 7 day hone ko aye hai app jaldi se return le lo aftee 7 days paytm ne bataya ki appko return policy nahi mili hai is product main jab ki application main product ka jo describption dekh kar app buy karte ho usme saf maintion hai ki agar product wrong,damage ya deffactive product recive hota hai to wo return policy ke under aata hai to muje defactive product and warrnty Ke issue ki baje se wrong product deliver hua tha fir bhi wo log man ne ke liye taiyar nahi the ki hume return policy di gai thi Or to or return or replacement ka option bhi work karna bandh ho gaya jaise bhi product myje deliver hua usi din Na hi main invoice download kar pa raha tha main roj pura pura din unse call karta tha aur batata tha meri problem aur refund ke liye Complain deta tha upper se unke executive itni battamizi se bat karte the ke jaise ki fault unka nahi customer ka hai na hi humri ek complain solu hoti thi bs humare higher authority apko 24 hr maiin contact kregi bs ye hi ans milta fir call to aata hi nahi tha or Date par Date delay kiye hi ja rahe the bas soulution ke liye Aur unke executive hume galat information dete the har bar Unke supervisors bhi aise galat info dete hai main3 sabhi call ke recording screenshoots sabhi Save karke rakhe hai unke Kiye hue cheat ke fir finally bohot din Tak aise hi pareshan hone ke bad unhone meri return request approve ki aur muje bataya gaya ki muje khud wo product saller ko courier karni hai product ki price high hone ki wazah se aur Mobile hon3 ki waza se mere near by koi bhi courier compney courier accept karne ke liye taiyar nahi thi maine paytm ko inform kiya aur bola ki app asinge kro courier compney aur product pick karwa do warna app bolo to main khud jake saller ki ek branch mere near by hai to waha main khud jata submit karke aata hu to paytm ne muje permition bhi di ki haa app submit karva sakte ho aur submit karte hi apko instant payment de diya jayega main almost 50 km tak gaya product dene wo saller ne saf mana kar diya ki main aise product nahi le sakta aur apko Iski koi written proof nahi diya jayega ki appne yaha submit kiya product ko agar paytm se bola jaye to hi kar sakte hai humne paytm ko whi se call kiya aur request ki unse bat karne ke liye to paytm ne Bat karne se bhi mana kar diya ki hum bat nahi kar sakte aise. Fir unhone Ye bataya ki wo log hi courier pick karwayege paytm hi to usme bhi pehle muje 2nd march date di gai maximum pick up ki fir 3 fir 5 aur fir 6 lekin koi bhi pick karne nahi aata tha main call par maine pura pura din bigada hua hai unse bat karke soulution ke liye par aaj bhi muje sirf delay kiya gaya courier pick up ke liye aj upto 20days hone aaye mere 57999 unhone Stop karke galat product thama kar block karke rakhe hue hai… please help me to claim my refund. There is Fault of paytm not cunsumers.
