Text of Complaint by Mohammed Basheer:

I Mohammed Basheer one of your Flipkart member I have purchased 2 smart watches Fire-Boltt Legacy 1.43 AMOLED from the application dated 25th March 2023. Payment is done at the same time with my credit card. Delivery date is mentioned 28th March 2023 happy to listen the same and I have ordered the smart watches over the application. As I my brother was flying 29th morning early hours to abroad. I have purchased the same from him, but he has know left to abroad and couldn’t give him the gift. As there is delay In delivering the product it has been delivered on 29th March as I am not much interested to use the same. I here by request you to return the product and refund my money back to my credit card. Order I’d 1: OD427660573170616100 and order id 2:OD427660722653670100. None of your executives are replying to me in chat none of them are responsible. No one is trying to understand my current situation. I here by request you to accept my return request and refund me my amount back. I will be thankful to you in advance. I hope you can understand my current situation which I am trying to explain you. I will be waiting your revert at the earliest. Thank you once again In advance.
