I have purchased a mobile phone m31s worth rs 18499 ,on arrival i found it defective i complained the same to the customer service they asked me for 10 day time for the replacement but the delivery executive refused to pick the item again after 15-20 calls with customer service they tried to pickup the oreder it is rejected again even after four to five attempts and now they are just passing the issue
