I purchased a 25l crompton geyser on 26 Oct from Amazon.in.

From the description and specifications of the product it does not mention that it is a vertical only fitting geyser. So it looked it can fit both vertical and horizontal. The description is incomplete.
As per my plumber, this geyser can not fit as horizontal. I wanted to return this product but as it is not damaged the Amazon does not provide any replacement/return for this product.
I feel cheated as amazon did not specifying the product description that it is vertical only geyser.
