Text of Complaint by Deepan:

I order 5 Saree on May 1st 2023. I received on May 4th.Its Totally Different from i ordered one.So I return requested.But Courier side told Quality Check Shows for me so i can’t take return pickup and update quality failed on 5th May.Again I contact Meesho Customer Team they told we update exception non QC and reinitiate.But again and again Courier side update QC Failed.Same Repeat upto today (17-05-2023). Now Meesho Support Team Said Your Profile Under the Poor Quality so can’t return and refund. But I totally ordered 16 products from Jan 2023.But Meesho Delivered 2 Order only. that one order different product.
