HELLO
I HAD ORDERED A PRODUCT(WALLET) FROM AJIO ON 12TH OCTOBER, 2023 AND THEN I RAISED A RETURN REQUEST ON 17TH OCTOBER, 2023, BECAUSE I DIDN’T LIKED THE PRODUCT.
THIS PRODUCT WAS SUPPOSED TO GET PICKED UP BY 26TH OCTOBER. BUT NO ONE CAME TO PICKUP THE ORDER.
THEN I RAISED A COMPLAINT ABOUT IT AND THAT COMPLAINT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE RESOLVED BY 30TH OCTOBER AND PRODUCT WAS SUPPOSED TO GET PICKED UP.
I HAVE CALLED AT LEAST 20 TIMES AND HAD A CHAT SESSION WITH AT LEAST 10 MEMBERS FROM AJIO SUPPORT TEAM…BUT EVERY TIME I AM GETTING FALSE COMMITMENTS, PROMISES, ASSURANCES.
EVERY TIME SOME SO CALLED “SUPERVISOR” IS COMING AND ASKING FOR 2 MORE BUSINESS DAYS…IT IS BECOMING A NEVER ENDING LOOP…
YOU GUYS THINK THAT THE CUSTOMER IS DUMB AND FOOL SO YOU CAN SIMPLY PLAY WITH THEM BY GIVING FALSE ASSURANCES.
