I ordered an item from Amazon on COD for which I filed a return within the return window. But the item was not picked up and the return pickup was cancelled automatically. Since then, I have contacted Amazon customer care 4 times. They have been extremely unhelpful- All they have done is reschedule another pickup for the item even though it was an issue with the Amazon logistics team – which they are making the customer pay for – instead of issuing an immediate refund for failed pickups at their end.
