I have purchased Ginger high ankle loafers from lifestyle app. The product was delivered on 01-12-2023. On the same day, I have placed return request due to size issue.
The return was initiated on the same day but no pick up has been done yet. Today is 08-12-2023.Even I have got no message or calls regarding return.I have talked the customer executive three times and every time they console me by saying that your return will be picked up within 48 hours. Now its 8th of December but no action has been taken. No message regarding return has been received ecen after complaints.
Even I mailed lifestyle helpdesk 2-3 times but no response.
I am highly disappointed from this purchase and from your behaviour. Now what do I do with that small size product.
