I have lodged a return request on19th August 2022.
The return executives have been coming since 21st August and returning back every time without picking up the parcel, saying that it is too big to be carried on their motorbikes. Kindly explain to me how such a simple communication of sending a bigger vehicle for picking up the item cannot be done and every time it is the same excuse so much that it has turned into harassment on their part now.
I have logged multiple written complaints on the Jiomart app on 26/08/2022, 30/08/2022, and 01/08/2022 besides calling and talking to numerous customer care executives. They are always clueless about the status of the tickets raised and have the same reply every time, i.e. “Your issue has been escalated and the team will get back to you within 48 hours”.
I even sent a formal email on 3/09/2022 and always receive the same replies which are like, “We are sorry you are going through this & we can certainly understand how that would be difficult for you. Please be rest assured as we are constantly working to give you a suitable solution.We completely understand your concern. JioMart always endeavours to cater good service.In reference to our telephonic conversation, we will go over the issue again. It will be kind of you to allow us some more time to fix your issue on priority. ”
I am yet to receive any kind of update on the multiple complaints I have filed on the app either through Email us, Log a complaint or Chat buttons. There is even no way to check the current status of the tickets raised as the tickets on the app show only what I have written and no further updates and now even the return executives have stopped coming.
