I am filing this complaint against [Company Name] regarding the continuous delay and failure of return pickup for my order.

Date of Return Scheduled: 27th August 2025
I had scheduled a return for the above order on 27th August. Since then, I have received multiple messages from the delivery company stating that the pickup would be attempted, but each attempt was either delayed or falsely marked as failed.
I have contacted the company’s customer service almost 5-10 times, but every time I only received the same repeated response without any real action or resolution. It has now been over a week, and my return has still not been picked up.
This has caused me unnecessary mental stress, waste of time, and inconvenience. The company has failed in providing timely service and has been negligent in addressing my repeated complaints.
I request the Consumer Forum to kindly intervene and:
Direct the company to immediately complete the return pickup and initiate my refund.
Ensure accountability for the repeated delays and failed attempts.
Take appropriate action against the company for negligence and deficiency in service.
