I ordered a mobile phone on Amazon. I received a defective product so I asked for a replacement of product. The replacement has been failed so as a compensation,amazon agreed for return and refund policy. The return is being failed over time to time. It’s been a month and the return pickup has been failed 13 times!!! The customer service is so useless and irresponsible. Whenever I contacted them for help, the only thing they do is placing a new return pickup which is going to fail everytime. Last time a associate said please wait till 25th August if the return pickup failed this time, you are going to get a refund in advanced ( I have a call recording too). I waited for 25th August. The return pickup failed and they are saying the advanced refund is not possible. The only way is ask for a new return pickup. I’m stuck in this loop. So please help me get a refund for this ???
