Text of Complaint by Vivek Vinay:

I had purchased a watch, Fastrack FITOUTs analog, on 18th Oct 2020 from Flipkart and it’s return policy is till 17 Nov 2020. I didn’t like the make of the product as it differed from the images provided in the site. I have been trying to return the product from 21 Oct, but still the item is not picked up. I have even tried contacting the Ekart personnel who delivers to my place and he said we will try by Nov 4, and still no one has come to pickup the returned product. It’s very disappointing from such a company. What if this repeats and the return period expires? Who will bear the loss then? Please do the needful from your side as I am not able to contact any of your personnel now and I want this product returned. I am attaching the images and details of the product and the messages from Ekart for your reference.
