Text of Complaint by Priya Kumari:

I have ordered two products from Flipkart 1 was veromoda t shirt which was having size issue so I raised return request but due to some no mismatch in price tag pick up not completed and Flipkart service closed this return request without resolution after that 2nd product was AND purple dress I have ordered but I received red colour another dress for that I raised return request but again return request got cancelled so I taken approval from customer service then after pickup scheduled on 1st May and return pickup also completed at 11.30 am after that I received cancellation sms at 9.30 pm and I’m following since last 1month for my refund they are not ready to resolve or refund my money. Very bad worst service Flipkart is providing.
