Order 171-0833975-1256349 dated 19-12-20 returned on 27-12-20 at 9 A.M, taken by amazon representative after verifying model serial number of mobile phone.As return was booked on 26-12-2020 by customer representative of Amazon at 9pm so no one except Amazon representative having information of pick up with model & serial number.
Amazon has not paid refund nor updated status as yet and claiming that return not received by them.
It is a cheating incident as Amazon have no mechanism for giving receipt while an item is returned.
