Sir,
I have ordered a product from Amazon details are mentioned in the screenshot,at time of recive the item it was found different colour quality issue and i raise a return request on the same day of delivery ,after two days i checked return status shows verification failed and i called the customer care,they assured me, item will be picked on the next day ,i waited for two days ,and check the status it shows customer refused to cancel item and again i called the customer call inform the issue they said item will be picked up on 15 may ,and i checked the status and it shows verification failed called the customer care regarding the issue they told me item will be picked up on 18 may 22.However i request them to pick the item before tomorrow evening dey denied,my issue is i want the amount as soon as possible and also item should be take before tomorrow evening which is Amazon denied kindly help me out.
