I ordered a product from Meesho received on 9th Jan 2025, but aa quality was poor immediately raised return, and pick up date was scheduled for 11th Jan 2025. The courier agent is Valmo, but this agent didn’t turn up on 11th, got rescheduled on 13th, still didn’t turn up. Called Meesho customer care and it got rescheduled for 15th Jan but unfortunately no pick up happened and got rescheduled for 18th Jan. But again not shocked no pick up happened on the add on the Valmo pick up agent cancelled himself the pick up blaming the customer did that wheras it was his call. On18th I re initiated the return and got scheduled for 21st Jan, not surprised still pick up didn’t happened. The Meesho customer service is also worst as they are firm with statement no pick up no refund and wasted my time with their reschedules, my money is stuck as the mistake is with their tie up agent Valmo.
I request the consumer court Authorities to take respective action against Meesho and Valmo, for wasting consumer’s time and money.
